Please allow 110 minutes to be on the safe side. Take the JR Chuo Line (Special Rapid) to Hachioji. Change onto the JR Yokohama Line and take any train in the direction of Yokohama. Get off at the second stop, Hachioji-minamino station. Our guides will be waiting to greet you and see you onto the free campus shuttle bus. From Shinjuku Station. Use either of the following routes and please allow 90 minutes to be on the safe side: Take the Keio Line to Hashimoto. Be careful not to take ones bound for Keio-Hachioji or Takaosanguchi. At Hashimoto, transfer to the JR Yokohama Line and take any train going towards Hachioji. Get off at the second stop, Hachioji-minamino. Take the JR Yokohama Line going towards Hachioji. Get off at Hachioji-minamino. Our guides will be waiting to greet you and see you onto the free campus shuttle bus. By Car The university campus is on national route 16 going between Hachioji and Machida/Sagamihara. Travelling South from Hachioji, you will see the university on your left after about two miles. The campus is very large, and there are two entrances. Please enter at the lower of the two gates. The gate staff have been informed about the conference and they will direct you to a parking space. If you are coming to Hachioji from Tokyo along the Chuo Expressway, please avoid the centre of Hachioji by taking the Hachioji Bypass Road towards Sagamihara. When you reach national route 16, please turn right and head back in the direction of Hachioji. The campus is about 1km from this junction on the right.
