JALT CALL CONFERENCE Hotel & Travel Information

NIPPON TRAVEL AGENCY (NTA) has been appointed as the official travel agency for JALT CALL CONFERENCE． It is our pleasure to be of service to you and assist you with your travel needs.

NTA has secured a sufficient number of rooms in the following hotels for the duration of the conference, taking into consideration the needs and budgets of participants.

***NTA can help you with arranging hotel accommodations after the deadline. Please contact NTA for the availability of hotel accommodations if you would require one.

*The above rates include tax and service charges. Meal is not included.

HOW TO APPLY

Participants wishing to make reservations for hotel accommodations should complete hotel application form and return it to Nippon Travel Agency no later than Friday April 20, 2001.

Upon receipt of your application, NTA will send CONFIRMATION & INVOICE by fax or mail.

PAYMENT
Please choose either one of the following methods of payment.

1. Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Master Card and Diners Club)

• Total room charge will be deducted by NTA prior to check-in.

2. Bank Transfer in Japanese Yen to:

NOTE: Confirmation will be effective when full payment is received by NTA.

CANCELLATION

In the event a reservation must be cancelled, written notification should be sent to NTA. The following cancellation fees will be required before refunding.

• Up to 8 days prior to the first nights stay : no charge
• 7 to 2 days prior to the first nights stay : 20% of daily room charge
• 1 day prior to the first nights stay : 100% of daily room charge
• On the day of the first nights stay : 100% of daily room charge
• No show : 100% of daily room charge
