From Tokyo (Asakusa Station): Take the Tobu Isesaki-sen (Express) to Ota. Change to the local train and go one more station to Hosoya. It takes about 90 minutes from Asakusa Station. From Hosoya Station, you can walk 5 minutes to the campus. Registration is at the Law Building. Please see the map below and this larger Campus Map.

All seats on the Ryomo are reserved. Generally, you can get seats at Kitasenju. The train starts at Asakusa Tobu station, stops at Kitasenju, stops at Tatebayashi, stops inTochigi, and then stops at Ohta.  In Ohta, you switch to the Isezaki line (Ryomo goes on to Akagi which is the wrong direction) and go one stop to Hosoya.  Or take a cab for about 1200 yen from Ohta to the school.
