| JALTCALL 2007 Conference Fees Payment Information | | | This year, with our recommended conference admission ticket (10,000 yen for members), you can attend all sessions on both days (June 2nd and 3rd), plus pre-conference workshops (June 1st). This also includes an admission ticket to the Saturday night Networking Reception, worth 3,000 yen.
It is available to those - who are members of JALT, IATEFL, LET or JACET and
- who pre-register their names (see our Registration Page) and
- who pay in advance online via PayPal, that is any time up to 17:00 on Friday 18 May. (See our Online Registration Page)
Non-members are also eligible for a discount by pre-registering and paying in advance online via PayPal (12,000 yen).
You may prefer to pre-register but pay in cash on the day (in the way that we have done at previous JALTCALL conferences), but please note that this option is not eligible for the same discount as paying online. Delegates from overseas are eligible for discounted admission fees if they have a subscription to the JALT CALL journal. | | 3 | The cost of attending just ONE day is the same, whether it is Saturday or Sunday. Those who wish to attend on the Sunday only are still permitted to attend the Networking Reception on the Saturday evening (see conference schedule for place and time), provided they have pre-registered their names online. | | 4 | Please be careful to note that those who do not pre-register online and turn up on the day will be charged the full conference fee. This does not include admission to the Networking Reception on Saturday evening. (Subject to availability, tickets for this event will be sold separately at 3,000 yen each.) | | 5 | The online payment fees include card processing charged by PayPal. There are no extra costs imposed by the CALL SIG. | | 6 | Credit card refund payments will be available for those who pay online and who are then forced to cancel attending.
